Dr Salmon MARCHAT is a Senior social development and gender expert with more than 25 years of experience.
She holds a PhD in Sociology. She is an expert in sociology and economic development with excellent analytical skills with minorities/vulnerable groups, and strong organizational qualities including expertise in developing public outreach initiatives and strong advocacy networks.

Her countries of experience include: Burkina Faso, Central Africa Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, Senegal, France, Kazakhstan and USA.
