Mr. William PARDY   is a Senior Economist and a Community Development Expert.
He has more than 35 years of professional experience.
His expertise includes civil society and local government development, social community, regional planning and economic development, and capacity building.
He has worked in several countries including Canada, Scotland, Ukraine, Gambia, Senegal, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and India.
Mr. William Pardy holds a Master’s in Social Sciences.
