UNDP Sierra Leone has awarded a contract to CESS Institute to advise the Government of Sierra Leone for the costing of the Agenda for Prosperity (AfP) 2013-2017

CESS Institute technical assistance will support the Sierra Leone Government to cost their third generation development program (PRSP III).
CESS Institute will mainly assist the Sierra Leone government to:
(i) Develop a methodology for costing the AfP 2013-2017;
(ii) Train local focal points in Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDA) on the use of the proposed costing methodology;
(iii) Guide the MDA focal points through the costing exercise using the methodology;
(iv) Provide quality assurance on the costing of the AfP by the MDA.
